Organik Mama is a personal wellness and food blog run by Sara — a real mama who believes that eating well and living healthily shouldn’t be complicated, expensive, or overwhelming. We share simple recipes, honest wellness advice, and practical life hacks rooted in whole foods and everyday habits.

Sara is the voice, cook, and writer behind Organik Mama. She’s a mother who became passionate about food and wellness after realising how profoundly what we eat — and how we live — affects how we feel, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too.

Recipes & Food

Absolutely — and we try to make that easy. Most of our recipes are naturally flexible. Where relevant, articles include notes on common swaps for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and other needs. If you can’t find what you need, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Most of our recipes use whole, natural ingredients and are suitable for the whole family. We do occasionally use ingredients like chilli, raw honey, or strong spices that may need adjusting for young children. Always use your judgement based on your child’s age and any allergies or sensitivities.

We write about what we cook, what we’ve tried, and what’s worked — and occasionally what hasn’t. Topics come from our own kitchen and daily life, reader questions, and seasonal ingredients. We don’t write about anything we haven’t personally explored and genuinely believed in.

Once a week, every Sunday morning. One thoughtful letter — no daily emails, no spam, no overwhelm.

Each Sunday letter includes a seasonal recipe or food idea, a simple wellness or lifestyle tip, and a short personal note from Sara. Occasionally we share a favourite find — a book, a product, or an ingredient we’ve been loving lately. It’s written like a letter from a friend, not a marketing bulletin.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list — no hard feelings and no further emails.

Collaborations & Press

We’re selective about collaborations. We only work with brands whose products we genuinely use and believe in, and all paid or gifted content is clearly disclosed. If you’d like to discuss a partnership, get in touch via our contact page.
